STORAGE, RETENTION, AND DISPOSAL OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We store client information (reservation details, personal information, profiles, etc.) in our hotel property management system and customer relationship management system. Our databases are stored in a dedicated server secured by firewalls. Our website and information network undergo security scanning to reduce their vulnerability against viruses, unauthorized access, and other cyber security attacks. Whenever credit card information is shared through our third party payment gateway, this communication is made via secure SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), a protocol for encryption and secure data transfer over the internet.
All customer information including personal information and other details related to your hotel stay and travel arrangements are retained for as long as we actively provide and you avail our products and services, and we manage our relationship with you and communicate with your continued consent. We may retain documents (including digital and printed) for as long as relevant to current transactions or activities, or to the extent required by contracts or local laws and regulations, but generally not more than five (5) years. When the customer’s personal information no longer serves the purpose for which it was collected, or is no longer necessary for business or legal purposes, we take appropriate steps to delete, dispose or destroy it in a secure manner.

We take precautions and have reasonable organizational, physical, and technical measures to protect and keep your personal information confidential. We regularly monitor and review our policies and procedures, systems and measures to safeguard your personal information, and comply with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (RA 10173).
While we employ all manner of precaution and measures to protect your personal information, the internet still imposes some degree of risk. Hence we cannot guarantee that our website and information network will never be exposed to unauthorized access and cyber security attacks, nor that the personal information we collect and store will be protected at all times from such security breach. We shall not be responsible nor liable for damages that may result from any loss, alteration or misuse of information due to such incidents. However we shall follow applicable laws and regulations surrounding an unlikely event of security breach and notify you of any unauthorized disclosure of personal information.

Please note that these rights are not absolute, and the rights of a third party (including our rights) may restrict your right to access. Your right to delete or block information may also be limited where required by law to keep or with compelling legitimate reasons to keep.
You have the right to object the processing of your personal information in some circumstances (where we don’t have to process the data to meet a contractual or other legal requirement, or where we are using the data for direct marketing).
