Terms and Conditions

Membership Eligibility

The A-List Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above and must have a working email address.

Membership Fee

The A-List membership is free. To sign up, guests might sign up from the Amorita website to get their exclusive promo code to avail of the perks and discounts during booking. The promo code may only be used on Amorita’s own booking website or by reaching out to any of Amorita’s reservation staff member.

Membership Benefits

Members are entitled to:

- Exclusive accommodation discounts (15% off on Best Available Rates)

- Free one-time cocktail

- One-time free dessert at any of the following F&B outlets: Saffron, Tomar, or The Lost Cow (with minimum single receipt of Php 1,000)

- One-time 10% discount at Sea Tree Spa (valid at 10am-2pm bookings only)


  • Members are entitled access to special events, promotions, and activities reserved for A-List members.

  • Members are entitled to complimentary roundtrip airport transfers. Flight details should be advised by guest 48 hours prior to their arrival to ensure that their transfers are booked.

Membership Period

Any membership made during 2024 is valid until December 20, 2025.

Renewal

Members have the option to renew their membership at the end of the annual period.

Any unused benefits after December 20, 2025 shall be forfeited.

Termination

The resort reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member violates the terms and conditions or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate.

Personal Information

Members agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during enrollment.

The resort will not share or sell member information to third parties without explicit consent.

Code of Conduct

Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner while on resort premises.

Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to the resort's staff or other guests may result in the termination of membership.

Modification of Terms

The resort reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Members will be notified of any changes, and continued membership implies acceptance of the revised terms.
